Euro Expansion

Stanton Chase International has broadened its global reach by recently welcoming Ward Howell Euroselect and independent search firm, Response to their executive search group. The new partnerships will add eight new offices to Stanton Chase International’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Sami Hamid, Managing Director with Ward Howell Euroselect chose to join Stanton Chase International because “Stanton Chase International's philosophy of building a top-tier international company on the foundation of service, quality, integrity and friendship is one we feel we want to be associated with. Both, professionally and personally, we share the same Stanton Chase values and have similar views on building the future of this great company.”

As pioneers in executive search in Central and Eastern Europe Ward Howell Euroselect has more than 10 years of experience in this important economic region. With offices in Zurich, Vienna, Warsaw, Prague, Budapest, Bucharest and Ljubliana, Ward Howell Euroselect offers its clients a unique reach into a market that still shows exceptional growth rates. Former Eastern Europe will continue to be a major area of international investment and Ward Howell Euroselect is uniquely qualified to identify the required talent to manage these investments.

Response S.A., of Athens, Greece, will further strengthen Stanton Chase International’s leadership position throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region. Calling this new-targeted addition part of an “Olympic strategy”, Francis Rouhier, Stanton Chase International Vice President for EMEA, noted that the firm seeks to extend its global footprint and play a strategic role in the Balkan region by servicing clients wherever they are. By adding Athens, the site of the 2004 Summer Games, Stanton Chase International is looking to parallel the success of its Sydney, Australia office, which grew significantly after the 2000 Summer Games. Francis further commented, “Stanton Chase is pleased that the mutual due diligence process has culminated in Response joining with Stanton Chase International as our Partner in Athens. Their reputation and team orientation mirror Stanton Chase International’s client driven, entrepreneurial culture.”
